As a Bank Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our person-centred care approach, providing vital support that champions independence and honours individual choice. You will ensure residents receive the highest standard of physical and emotional care, making every day rewarding and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
Observe, manage, and document residents' wellbeing and behavior changes in line with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Assist with nutrition and hydration needs, ensuring residents eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Provide physical and mental stimulation through group and individual social and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans that adhere to regulatory requirements.
High motivation, a positive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Outstanding communication abilities, with the capability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or holding a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
