As a permanent Residential Senior Carer at Wakehurst Hall, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the highest standards of quality, person-centred care and support.
Taking on leadership responsibilities on shift, you will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of care staff while delegating duties. Your role will also involve administering and ordering medication, reviewing care plans and risk assessments, and liaising closely with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident families—all while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

Review, update, and implement resident care plans and risk assessments.
Liaise professionally with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
Uphold resident dignity, choice, and independence while fostering a warm, caring environment.
Qualifications: Hold NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience working in a residential care setting alongside demonstrated team leadership skills.

Commitment: Available for a permanent full-time contract of 44 hours per week.
