Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team while upholding Lidl's Leadership and Company Principles.

• Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively to keep shifts running smoothly.

• Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store and Deputy Store Managers.

• Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every customer who visits the store.
