Salary: From £58,700 per annum (dependent on experience) + Fantastic benefits

Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month secondment (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

We are partnering with Bupa to find a talented and commercially minded Insurance Product Manager to join their Consumer & SME Private Medical Insurance (PMI) team on a fixed-term secondment basis. As an Insurance Product Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will ensure Bupa's products remain customer-focused, highly competitive, and deliver fair value while driving excellent customer outcomes. You will collaborate across multiple business functions to develop product enhancements, support strategic initiatives, and influence the future direction of the SME PMI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and development of the Consumer & SME PMI product strategy, leading or supporting the launch of product enhancements and new initiatives.

• Act as Product Lead on diverse projects, encompassing regulatory changes and proposition improvements.

• Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and shape future product development.

• Support broker tenders and new distribution opportunities, managing annual and quarterly product reviews alongside fair value assessments.

• Monitor product performance, risks, incidents, and audit actions to maintain robust governance and regulatory compliance.

• Produce high-quality reports, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders and governance forums.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven product management experience within Private Medical Insurance, General Insurance, or the wider Financial Services sector.

• Experience supporting or leading product reviews, fair value assessments, or product governance activities.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and customer insights.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and report-writing capabilities.

• A solid understanding of risk management, compliance, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management.
