About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Team Member to join our partner store team in Wheatley Hill. Step into a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment where you will play a key role in delivering helpful service and essential community services every day.

Depending on the store, tasks may involve working in the post office or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, welcoming customers and helping to put things right when needed.

• Shop Floor & Tills: Work hands-on on the shop floor and operating tills to create a great shopping experience.

• Store Standards: Keep shelves fully stocked, maintain price accuracy, check dates and temperatures, and ensure the store is safe, legal, and running smoothly.

• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to support daily operations.

• Community & Membership: Promote Co-op membership and support local community connections.

What You’ll Bring

• Age: Must be 18+ to comply with late-evening working policies (shifts finishing after 10:00 PM).

• Passion for People: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and delivering great customer service.

• Flexibility: The ability to work closing shifts and at least one weekend shift as part of a team.
