Location: Meadowcroft Care Home, Queens Road, Thame, Oxfordshire, OX9 3NQ
Pay Rate: £24.49 per hour (with NVQ & Weekend Enhancements Available)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible Shifts (0 hours per week, offering complete schedule freedom)
Shift Pattern: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM (Working alternate weekends)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Meadowcroft Care Home, located on a quiet residential street just a short distance from Thame town centre. The home offers compassionate, high-quality residential, dementia, and nursing care for up to 71 residents in comfortable surroundings.
We are looking for a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN / RMHN) who thrives on making a positive difference. As a clinical leader on shift, you will manage the care team, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, evaluate care needs in partnership with residents and families, and liaise effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Valid NMC PIN and a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Experience: Post-registration experience with a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical competencies (e.g., medication administration, end-of-life care, tissue viability, catheterisation).
Leadership & Autonomy: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and leading the care team effectively.
Flexibility: Ideal for experienced nurses looking for bank hours with complete control over their working pattern and work-life balance.
