We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dedicated Business Services Associate for the Supplier Reconciliations and Helpdesk team at Circle Business Services in Cheadle.
Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests accurately, ensuring matching, coding, and authorization align with group policies.
Deliver accurate transactional data and support management information reporting, along with process improvements in Accounts Payable.
Provide professional customer service by handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails from patients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders (including insurance companies and NHS ICBs).
Take patient payments, resolve queries, investigate complex accounts, analyze trends, and prevent recurrence.
Work effectively across various areas of the Credit Control department while maintaining compliance with financial regulations, internal audit standards, and data protection rules.
Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, numeracy, literacy, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using financial systems and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level), with strong technology skills to manage and report data accurately.
Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above.
Experience & Work Style: Ability to manage high-volume workloads, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and build strong stakeholder relationships. An understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable principles is highly desirable.
