You will build a deep, foundational understanding of retail operations—from hands-on store floor training to managing multi-million-pound stores—before stepping into a full Area Manager role leading multiple store teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Training: Complete an intensive 12-month rotational training programme covering all aspects of retail operations and store management.

• Store Leadership: Take ownership of a store during training to lead teams, manage operations, and drive multi-million-pound business performance.

• Area Management: Graduate to managing an entire area, empowering store teams to hit ambitious sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Operational Efficiency: Optimize store operations, manage costs, and create an efficient, collaborative, and motivating work environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Leadership: Strong leadership background with transferable management or high-level organizational skills.

• Academic Background: A minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.

• Essential Requirements: A valid full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK.

• Drive & Resilience: Motivated to step outside your comfort zone, master complex retail systems, and lead fast-paced teams.
