Location: White Lodge Care Home, Braydon, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN5 0AD
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour
Hours: 48.00 hours per week (Nights)

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional, high-quality care. Operating on night shifts, you will be a crucial pillar of support within the home.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
Using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and maintaining clinical excellence.
Enjoying the autonomy to practice the right way while being truly valued and respected.
What We Are Looking For
To join us as a Registered Nurse, you must possess:
Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
