As a Care Team Leader, you will manage shift operations, direct care staff, and maintain seamless communication with healthcare professionals and families. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding residents, maintaining individualized care plans, and creating a supportive, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations, allocate daily tasks, and accurately administer and record resident medications.

• Perform risk assessments and manage resident care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare specialists.

• Work closely with senior management to drive service developments while supporting care assistants on the floor.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with proven leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and a thorough understanding of care planning processes.
