Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to assist Claremont Manor in hiring a dedicated Hospitality Assistant (Day) to join their front-of-house service team in Dawlish, UK.

In this full-time daytime role, you will help deliver a warm, professional, and efficient dining experience for residents and guests in a welcoming care home setting.

Role Description

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will oversee the smooth delivery of food and beverage services in the care home dining areas. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will maintain high standards of dining room hygiene, present meals courteously, and ensure residents enjoy regular refreshments and excellent hospitality throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prepared meals from the kitchen to dining areas, serving residents and guests in a friendly, respectful manner.

• Set up dining tables, maintain clean service areas, and prepare spaces for upcoming meal times.

• Ensure refreshments are continuously available and easily accessible to residents throughout the day.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a caring, resident-focused approach.

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or dining services (desirable, but full training is provided).

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Dawlish.
