About the Role
Are you passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Booker (part of the Tesco Group) to recruit dynamic future leaders for their Operations Graduate Scheme.
Designed to develop leadership capability and commercial awareness, this structured rotational scheme provides hands-on experience across critical operational roles. You will start at the heart of our business as a Branch Manager leading teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, before stepping into a Central Operations Manager (OSM / DSM) role to support multiple sites and implement network-wide initiatives.

Academic Background: On track for a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
