Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 16:30 with a 9-day fortnight — every 2nd Friday off, PAID!)
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to schedule, ensuring accurate documentation is submitted on time. Carry out routine maintenance across all mechanical systems and perform defect rectifications.
Contract Support: Support your Line Manager in implementing EMCOR policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational integrity.
Sub-Contractor Management: Supervise specialist contractors and ensure all certifications and paperwork comply with client and company requirements.
Helpdesk Liaison: Coordinate with the Helpdesk to ensure urgent maintenance tasks are addressed within proper timeframes.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and professional representation at all times.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: Relevant technical qualification (NVQ, HNC, ONC, etc.).
Experience: Proven experience within a building services or facilities management environment, with a strong all-round knowledge of building services engineering.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with PSSR 2000, Confined Spaces, Legionella regulations, and Permit to Work systems.
Core Skills: Articulate, numerate, and IT-literate with a proven track record in health, safety, and assurance.
Personal Attributes: Resilient under pressure, capable of conversing confidently with staff, suppliers, and customers at all levels.
