The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Tech Portfolio Manager to lead a major technology transformation programme across Europe, centered around the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and its associated enterprise integrations.

In this leadership role, you will direct a team of programme and project managers, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure flawless delivery against schedule, budget, quality standards, and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a high-performing team of programme and project managers across multiple European markets.

• Oversee multi-workstream delivery for a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP transformation.

• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across senior business and technology functions.

• Maintain rigorous oversight of project budgets, financial tracking, resource allocation, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.

• Drive delivery utilizing Azure DevOps across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Ensure seamless alignment between technical execution and broader organizational change management strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven full-lifecycle implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

• Strong background in programme and project management within complex, multi-market technology environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse workstreams.

• Excellent financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.

• Comfort with occasional travel across Europe (with all reasonable business expenses fully covered).
