This part-time, 20-hour role is perfect if you are looking to secure stable morning hours with a consistent 5 AM shift pattern. On the shop floor, variety is guaranteed. One hour you’ll be restocking shelves, the next you’ll be helping a customer find a middle-aisle gem, and later you’ll be serving shoppers at the till with a friendly smile. What You’ll Do

• Support Our Shoppers: Act as a helpful Lidl expert, answering questions and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

• Keep the Store Stocked: Efficiently unpack and organize deliveries as they arrive in store during your morning shifts.

• Bake Fresh Goods: Proactively help run the bakery area, keeping shelves topped up with warm, fresh baked goods.

• Organize the Middle Aisle: Present and maintain the ever-popular, fast-moving selection of middle-aisle Non-Food products.

• Pitch In as a Team: Work closely with your retail colleagues to keep the entire store looking clean, tidy, and organized.

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is great, but a strong work ethic and positive attitude are what truly count!

• Friendly customer service skills and a warm, helpful manner.
