Location: Madley Park House, Madley Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1AT
Pay Rate: £16.30 per hour (plus NVQ and weekend enhancements available)
Shift Times Available: 7:00 AM – 2:15 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Bank shifts)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit an experienced and inspiring Bank Care Team Leader for Madley Park House. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney with strong community links, this warm and welcoming "home from home" offers round-the-clock residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care, complete with fantastic amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop.
In this leadership role, you will lead a dedicated team of care assistants to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Supporting the Home Manager, you will ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and effectively implemented, providing our residents with security, dignity, and independence while empowering your team to always do their best.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the care team, fostering a supportive, professional, and positive working environment.
Care Plan Oversight: Ensure resident care plans are continually assessed, updated, and implemented to the highest standards.
Quality & Safety: Maintain exceptional standards of care, promoting resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout daily routines.
Team Collaboration: Act as a positive role model, using your initiative to resolve queries, manage time effectively, and support colleagues.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in a residential care setting holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or holding Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3).
Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience (such as mentoring new starters, leading 1-to-1s, or delegating tasks) is a great advantage.
Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with others, and a confident, proactive approach to solving problems.
Competitive Pay: £16.30 per hour, with higher rates for weekends and relevant NVQs.
