Role Overview
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in operational planning or helpdesk environments? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with EMCOR UK to find a dedicated Subcontractor Planner for a prestigious permanent opportunity based in Aldermaston and Burghfield.

Key Responsibilities
Work Programme Definition: Utilize the Client Asset Management System to define forthcoming work programmes, incorporating planned, breakdown, new work, and contracted tasks.
Plan Development: Evaluate material and resource requirements, assess task priorities, and ensure activities do not conflict.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate planning meetings with facilities management to gain approvals and record actions.
Administration & Processing: Process and chase up work packages, create and submit security applications, handle quotes for funding approvals, and print work dockets for Work Supervising Officers (WSOs).
Monitoring & Review: Monitor outstanding work, communicate progress regularly to managers and end-users, update plans as needed, and review completed work packages to ensure accurate records and reports.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in an operational environment, helpdesk, or planning role is essential.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy with strong project planning abilities and familiarity with planning tools.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Resilience: The ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure while conversing confidently with staff, suppliers, and customers at all levels.
Standards: A commitment to establishing, implementing, and monitoring high standards of operational excellence.
