The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading professional services organization to find a skilled Senior Solutions Configuration Engineer to join their Technology Solutions function.
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in the design, configuration, and deployment of innovative, client-facing technology solutions that elevate customer experience and streamline internal business operations. Working within a specialist Configuration & Deployment team, you will take ownership of the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of client portals, workflow solutions, and document automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, develop, and maintain complex client-facing technology solutions and secure portals.
Design and implement advanced workflow, business reporting, and document automation solutions.
Support the deployment, enhancement, and ongoing management of business-critical platforms.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Support software upgrades, system integrations, and multi-platform migrations.
Contribute to the evolution of the technology roadmap, identifying proactive opportunities for digital innovation and automation.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and guidance for internal teams and external clients alike.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise technology solutions within a professional services or customer-focused environment.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions using HighQ, Contract Express, and/or SharePoint.
Strong understanding of workflow automation, business reporting, and document automation technologies.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI).
Experience supporting software upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements.
Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Desirable: Previous experience within legal technology or professional services settings.
