We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to provide personal, high-quality care on both day and night shifts. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment where residents feel truly valued and supported.
Working as a core member of the care team, your daily focus will center on promoting individual independence, safety, and personal wellbeing. Whether assisting with daily routines or building strong, trusting relationships, you will help foster a warm and reassuring atmosphere for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide gentle support with everyday personal care needs including washing, dressing, hygiene, and meal times, ensuring respect and dignity at all times.
Assist in updating and implementing personalized care plans that honor each resident's unique wishes and care requirements.
Foster meaningful, trusting relationships with residents to enhance their emotional wellbeing and companionship within the care home.
Requirements
Passionate, organized, and dedicated approach to providing outstanding care to elderly residents.
Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations.
Valid right to work in the UK and reside within a realistic commutable distance to Bicester, UK.
