About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be the reassuring presence that keeps our residents safe, comfortable, and peaceful through the night. Working within a luxury, person-centred care home environment, your role goes beyond routine tasks—you will nurture wellbeing, ensure dignity, and provide meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
Gently support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, and nighttime needs) with kindness and respect.
Promote independence, confidence, and peace of mind.
Build trusting, comforting relationships with residents and their families.
Contribute to personalised care plans and ensure a safe, calm, and welcoming night-time environment.
