Consultant Otolaryngology

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Consultant Otolaryngology to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a highly skilled ENT specialist committed to delivering exceptional care to adult and pediatric patients. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for adult and pediatric patients.

• Perform advanced ENT surgical procedures while overseeing perioperative care and ensuring high standards of patient safety.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and accurate medical documentation.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with completed residency in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and recognized board certification.

• Valid DOH Consultant License in Otolaryngology or eligibility to obtain one.

• Minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon, with experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred.
