About the Role

Are you friendly, helpful, and looking to make a positive impact in your local community? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner to recruit a dedicated Customer Team Member for a busy food store in Kingussie.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our store, delivering friendly service and keeping everything running smoothly. Whether you're working on the shop floor and tills, helping in the in-store bakery, managing post office services, or picking and packing online home delivery orders, every day brings exciting new ways to make life easier for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right for customers when needed.

• Shop Floor & Operations: Work hands-on across the store, tills, and bakery to create a great shopping experience.

• Stock & Standards: Keep shelves well-stocked, checking prices, dates, and temperatures to ensure safety and legal compliance.

• Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help connect the store with local and national charities.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over to apply (due to early morning/late evening shifts or other business-related needs).

• Core Traits: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Flexibility: Available to work opening shifts (early morning starts through to early afternoon) with flexible availability across the week, including at least 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday).

• Experience: Retail or busy store experience is welcome, but not essential—full, paid training is provided, and no CV is needed to apply!
