Hours: 25+ hours per week | 5:00 AM Start (Typically 7–8 hour shifts)

At Supportive Bridge, we connect great people with great workplace environments. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Selectors on behalf of our client, Aldi, to join their fast-paced team at the Swindon Distribution Centre.

Every day is dynamic here! As a Selector, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly. Working in a high-energy environment, you’ll use a voice headset to pick products accurately, manage order paperwork, and keep safety a top priority.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate Order Picking: Select products efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
Detail-Oriented Checking: Follow headset instructions carefully and double-check paperwork for accuracy.
Safe Equipment Operation: Safely operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to move stock around the warehouse (full training provided).
