Position: Customer Team Member (Bakery Focus)

Location: 91 High Street Charleston, Aberlour, AB38 9QB

Agency Partner: Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week + regular overtime)

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Working Pattern: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, including weekends. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

In this role, you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering essential daily services to your community. Whether you're working on the shop floor, operating tills, or preparing fresh items in our in-store bakery, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, thoughtful service, helping to put things right and creating a great shopping experience.

• Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and our in-store bakery. Keep shelves stocked, check prices, dates, and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe and legal.

• Teamwork: Work closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

• Community & Membership: Promote Co-op Membership and help your store stay connected with the local community.

What We Are Looking For

• Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or older due to business-related needs (such as working before 6:00 AM).

• Core Traits: A genuine passion for helping people, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work flexibly across scheduled shifts.

• Experience: An interest in retail and working in a busy environment is key, but previous experience is not essential—full training is provided, and no CV is needed to apply!
