As a Care Assistant, you will provide vital daily support to residents, empowering them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care routines, mealtimes, and daily activities while encouraging independence.

• Help identify residents' individual goals and contribute to the implementation of personalized care plans.

• Encourage and support residents to engage in physical activities, explore new interests, and participate in social life.

Requirements

• A caring, empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others and work as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with residents.

• No prior care experience required; a willingness to learn and undertake comprehensive training is essential.
