Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with a thriving, forward-thinking retail business looking for a dedicated Store Operations Deputy Manager in Bicester.

This is an incredibly varied and hands-on position where you will play a vital role in driving store success. You will take genuine pride in maximizing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing operational costs, and optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Step up in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to take full charge of day-to-day store operations.

• Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide employees to maintain high performance and engagement standards.

• Stock & Display Management: Handle stock ordering, manage inventory, and ensure product displays meet the highest visual standards.

• Performance & Targets: Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a retail or fast-paced operational environment (supervisor or management level preferred).

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong passion for customer service.

• The confidence and leadership capability to run a store independently when required.

• Flexibility and eagerness to gain hands-on management experience to fuel your long-term career progression.
