Join our staff bank at Stanley House in Ledbury (Herefordshire). After completing a comprehensive, paid two-week induction, you will have instant app access to view and book available weekday, night, and weekend shifts.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents with complex neurological conditions, helping them lead valued and fulfilled lives.
Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, shaving, continence needs) and assistance with meals.
Assist residents in engaging with regular communal activities, ranging from wheelchair and walking support to family fun days, trips to local shops, and leisure outings.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a rewarding care environment where you make a genuine difference.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker within the NHS or private sector.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance and dedication.
Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to working in a dynamic 24/7 care environment.
