Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents with complex neurological conditions, helping them lead valued and fulfilled lives.
Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care (washing, dressing, shaving, continence needs) and assistance with meals.
Assist residents in engaging with regular communal activities, ranging from wheelchair and walking support to family fun days, trips to local shops, and leisure outings.

Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker within the NHS or private sector.
