Pay Rate: £23.20 per hour (with paid breaks)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible 12-hour shifts: 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00)

As a Bank Registered Nurse working with our trusted partner at Richmond Villages Letcombe Regis, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred clinical care in a luxury retirement community setting. Known for its high standards and excellent care quality, this community promotes resident independence, choice, and dignity.
In this flexible bank position, you will take responsibility for resident well-being, lead shift teams of Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants, and ensure a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Assessment: Carry out comprehensive assessments, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, mentor, and deliver clinical guidance to care teams to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the home.
Medication & Health Management: Manage medication administration, monitor health conditions, and coordinate effectively with visiting healthcare professionals.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor work areas and practices throughout the day to ensure they remain safe and fully compliant with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Holistic Support: Provide essential emotional support and champion resident independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
