Role Overview
As a Cleaner, you will ensure that every sweep of your brush and detail-oriented task helps give our customers the fantastic in-store experience they deserve. From maintaining a tidy store to ensuring immaculate hygiene standards, you will be an essential part of the team. You’ll roll up your sleeves, manage outdoor spaces like trolley bays and car parks to make a stellar first impression, and keep all areas looking their absolute best.
Core Responsibilities:
Store Upkeep: Thoroughly maintain the store interior to keep it looking pristine.
External Grounds: Keep trolley bays, the car park, and outside spaces clean and tidy to ensure a great first impression for arriving shoppers.
Equipment Operation: Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery.
Welfare & Waste Management: Clean welfare areas, including toilets, waste disposal, and recycling sections.
Maintenance & Safety: Carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed while proactively ensuring hygiene, Health, and Safety standards are rigorously upheld.
