Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Gardener to take charge of the upkeep and care of our beautiful grounds. In this hands-on role, you will ensure our tranquil gardens remain pristine, vibrant, and relaxing, allowing residents to enjoy pleasant outdoor views and spaces every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, flowerbeds, borders, and hedges, as well as weeding and pruning shrubs and small trees.
Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help plan areas that require landscaping improvements.
Assist the Maintenance team with occasional ad hoc duties in and around the home.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A genuine passion for gardening and horticulture with a strong eye for detail.
Pride in your craft, ensuring outdoor spaces are safe, accessible, and visually stunning for residents and visitors alike.
A friendly, cooperative approach with a willingness to support the broader care home team when needed.
