Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to find a natural leader or experienced customer assistant ready for the next step in their career to join their Online team as a Team Leader in Newtown.

Are you good with people and a natural leader? Do you have a helpful and friendly style, enjoy meeting new people, and go above and beyond for customers? As an Online Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our in-store online team, helping drive our performance forward.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Creating a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all our customers

• Building an engaging department environment where colleagues place customers at the heart of everything they do and contribute improvement ideas

• Establishing a supportive, performance-driven culture where achievements are recognized and rewarded

• Analysing department data to identify opportunities to speed up and simplify processes while managing risks

• Ensuring all company policies, procedures, and legal obligations are strictly followed

• Taking responsibility for ensuring all orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered on time with minimal substitutions

About You

We are looking for people who bring the right skills and experience:

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships

• Experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence

• Strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department

• Able to effectively plan, organise, and manage your own and direct reports' workload

• Able to work effectively to strict deadlines
