About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant for their Replenishment team in Edgbaston, Birmingham. In this active shop-floor role, you will work within structured routines to keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products, ensuring shoppers can always find what they need, exactly when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Replenishment: Work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient goods.
Structured Routines: Follow clear daily routines and timed activities in a fast-paced retail environment to keep operations running seamlessly.
Cross-Department Support: Receive training to support other vital store areas such as Market Street or Customer Service whenever extra teamwork is needed.
Equipment & Process Safety: Handle store equipment safely and adhere to all company operating procedures.

Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age (and over 18 for specific equipment or health and safety compliance where applicable).
Personality: A helpful, friendly, and team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for putting customers first.
Work Style: Enjoys staying active, hands-on physical tasks, and thriving in a structured work environment.
Shift Commitment: Fully committed to the fixed early morning schedule starting at 04:00.
