Bupa is looking for a face-to-face Counsellor at its Mindplace clinic in Edgbaston, Birmingham. You will assess clients and deliver counselling or brief interventions, follow Bupa's case management process and session limits, refer people on when needed, run group psychoeducation and mental health awareness sessions, and work within a multi-disciplinary team with regular clinical supervision.

• Pay: competitive (not stated as a figure)

• Contract: permanent, full-time – part-time from 2 days a week also possible

• Sessions: Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 or 14:00–22:00, plus at least 1 weekend in 3

• Location: Mindplace Edgbaston, Harborne Court, 67-69 Harborne Road, Birmingham B15 3BU

What you'll need

• BACP, NCPS or UKCP accreditation at the time you apply

• 3 years' full-time counselling experience after qualifying

• Confidence with assessment and formulation
