As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank Night Care Assistant for Madley Park House. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney with strong community links, this warm and welcoming "home from home" offers round-the-clock residential, early-stage dementia, and respite care.
As a night care assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well-cared for through the night hours. From supporting personal care routines to offering a comforting presence and reassurance, you will help create a peaceful, safe environment where residents can rest easy.
Night-Time Support: Assist residents with personal care, nighttime routines, and mobility needs with dignity and compassion.
Peace & Comfort: Maintain a calm, safe, and secure environment throughout the night, monitoring resident wellbeing closely.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, reassurance, and a friendly ear to residents who may wake up during the night.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night team and handover colleagues to ensure consistent, high-standard care.
Experience: Both experienced night carers and those completely new to the care sector are welcome! We provide comprehensive induction training and ongoing development.
Personality: A warm, patient, empathetic, and reliable nature with a calm presence during night hours.
Communication: A great communicator who builds positive, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
Competitive Pay: £14.85 per hour, with higher rates available for weekends and relevant NVQs.
