Position: Hotel Services Lead
Location: Beaumont Hospital, Bolton
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Up to £28,300.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Beaumont Hospital in Bolton—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dynamic and experienced Hotel Services Lead.
In this vital leadership role, you will oversee and support the Portering and Housekeeping teams to ensure the timely, professional, and compliant delivery of hospitality and support services across all areas of the hospital, maintaining exceptional standards for patients, visitors, and staff.
Team Management: Manage and support the Portering and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the hospital.
Portering Oversight: Oversee core portering operations, including patient and goods movement, site security, and gas management where applicable.
Housekeeping Standards: Ensure all housekeeping services—such as room and theatre cleaning, laundry handling, and room setups—strictly meet hospital policies and infection prevention standards.
Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and consultants, managing hospitality feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure staff fully comply with mandatory training, hospital policies, health & safety regulations, and infection control standards.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a proactive culture focused on quality assurance, operational excellence, and team development.
Experience: Proven operational team management experience within a hospitality or healthcare environment.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; basic proficiency in MS Excel and administrative processes.
Qualifications: A hospitality or facilities services qualification is desirable.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of cleanliness and infection control standards in a clinical or hotel setting.
