About the Role
Are you friendly, independent, and looking for an active permanent role where you are the face of the business? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a major nationwide retailer to recruit a dedicated Customer Delivery Driver for their busy store on Nairn Road in Forres.
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you'll meet customers in their homes every day. This role is about much more than just driving; it’s about helping people and delivering great service with a smile. It is hands-on, physical, and full of variety. While you'll enjoy working independently out on the road, you'll also have a supportive team of managers and colleagues back at base whenever you need them.
Availability Window
We ask that you are available to work during the following periods (contracted shifts are scheduled within these times with 3 weeks' notice):
Sunday: 07:00 – 13:30
Monday: 15:00 – 23:00
Thursday: 15:00 – 23:00
Saturday: 07:00 – 19:00

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle & Stock Care: Keep your van, trays, and work area clean, organised, and fully checked so every customer receives their shopping in perfect condition.
Customer Communication: Talk customers through order changes, substitutions, or short-dated items in a friendly, reassuring way, offering refunds where needed.
Doorstep Service: Deliver within customer time slots, providing warm, natural service and leaving customers feeling valued and well looked after.
Teamwork & Adaptability: Build strong relationships with colleagues and respond quickly to changing customer needs on the road and back at base.
What We Are Looking For
Driving License: Must hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
Customer-Centric: Warm, welcoming, and passionate about delivering fantastic service with a smile.
Reliable & Proactive: Able to work independently, adapt to changing conditions on the road, and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism.
