Position: Manufacturing Key Operative - FLT Driver
Location: Flaxby
Company: Myton Food Group / Morrisons (via Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency)
Employment Type: Permanent | Part-Time/Hourly Paid (37.5 Hours per week)
Shift Pattern: 2:00 PM – Midnight (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
Salary & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate, 6 weeks holiday (including bank holidays + a guaranteed day off for an important occasion like a birthday or religious holiday), 15% colleague discount, 10% discount for a friend or family member, and structured career progression.
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Myton Food Group (the manufacturing arm of Morrisons) to recruit a dedicated FLT Driver / Manufacturing Key Operative for their site in Flaxby.
In this vital role, you will be an essential part of the supply chain team, working accurately and efficiently using a system-led picking process to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Trailer Operations: Safely load and unload trailers in a busy manufacturing environment.
Pallet Management: Locate, transport, and store pallets to and from bulk holding areas and racking systems.
Stock Control: Accurately replenish stock while ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Work flexibly to support all areas of the manufacturing business when required to meet service levels.
