The Role

As our Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator, you will create a joy-filled, vibrant atmosphere by designing exciting activities, hobbies, and events that residents love. From arts and crafts and book clubs to pub quizzes, gentle exercise classes, and garden parties, you will bring people together for laughter, camaraderie, and therapeutic wellbeing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions.

• Produce and update an activity planner for the home while working within a set budget.

• Organize special birthday surprises and coordinate one-to-one sessions involving reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or friendly chats.

• Liaise with external companies, local performers, and community groups to arrange days out and special events.

• Support the home with updates to its social media channels as required.

• A creative thinker with plenty of imaginative ideas and the ability to manage budgets and paperwork efficiently.

• A caring individual with an infectious enthusiasm for making people's lives better and sharing a warm sense of humor.

• Note: Please be aware that this role is not at or above RQF Level 3 and is therefore ineligible for sponsorship under the UK's Points-Based Immigration System.
