Permanent Cook - Part-Time (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Langford View, Coach House Mews, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EW
Pay Rate: £13.08 per hour (with Weekend and NVQ Enhancements available)
Contract Type: Permanent / Part-Time (15.5 hours per week)
Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday, working alternate weekends)

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Langford View, located in Bicester. Langford View offers specialist, high-quality residential, nursing, early-stage dementia, and respite care for up to 60 residents in calm, friendly, and comfortable surroundings.
Are you an experienced catering assistant, commis chef, or cook looking for your next challenge without split shifts and anti-social evening hours? As a Permanent Cook (15.5 hours per week), you will join a passionate, friendly catering team to create delicious, nutritious meals that ensure every resident enjoys a wonderful dining experience tailored to their personal preferences.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Qualifications: Previous professional kitchen experience catering for large groups and specialist diets, supported by a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (working towards or holding a Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking is a great bonus!).
Personality & Passion: Confident in engaging with elderly residents and their families to understand individual dietary needs and preferences.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent part-time contract (15.5 hours) working regular daytime hours with alternate weekend working.
