Pay: £22.50 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role covering annual leave or sick leave)

About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You will create a safe, supportive environment while utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans and administering medication safely to delivering excellence across all nursing duties with complete autonomy and professional respect.
About You

Qualifications: Current NMC registration is essential.
Knowledge & Experience: Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
