At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank General Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Tandridge Heights Memorial Care Home in Oxted.
In this versatile role, no two days are the same. You will lend a hand across multiple key departments—including housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering—ensuring the home remains spotless, welcoming, and running smoothly while spending meaningful moments with residents.
What You'll Do
Multi-Department Support: Assist flexibly across housekeeping, cleaning routines, laundry services, and dining/catering support as needed.
Homely Environment: Help keep resident rooms, communal spaces, and dining areas tidy, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Resident Interaction: Build warm, friendly, and respectful relationships with residents during your day-to-day duties.
Flexible Coverage: Step in to cover shifts during staff holidays, sickness, or peak periods on a flexible bank basis.

Qualities: Reliable, compassionate, practical, and eager to turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
Background: Open to all backgrounds—no formal qualifications or direct experience required!
