At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting compassionate Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Tandridge Heights Memorial Care Home in Oxted.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring residents receive the individual care, dignity, and warm companionship they deserve. Every day offers rewarding variety—from assisting with care plans and meal support to spending quality one-on-one time sharing conversations and memories with residents.
What You'll Do
Personalized Support: Assist residents with daily tasks, mobility, personal care, and nutritional needs according to their tailored care plans.
Companionship: Spend quality one-on-one time connecting with residents, offering warm engagement and genuine social interaction.
Dynamic Care Environment: Adapt smoothly to varied responsibilities in a supportive team environment.
Flexible Coverage: Provide vital shift coverage across day or night hours during staff holidays, sickness, or peak periods.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals in a personal or professional capacity.
Key Strengths: Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, "can-do" mindset.
Core Qualities: Deep empathy, warm-heartedness, and a passion for person-centered elderly care.
