Position: Village Advisor / Sales Advisor (Part-Time)
Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, OX28 5DG
Salary: £12,000 per annum plus OTE / Commission
Contract Type: Permanent | Part-Time (16 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekends)

As our Village Advisor, you will join a dynamic sales team promoting Richmond's products, services, and lifestyle options—maximizing occupancy across our care home, assisted living, independent living, and retreat bookings while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales enquiries to maximize occupancy and revenue across independent living, assisted living, care, and retreat bookings.
Host client visits, conduct engaging property tours, and handle follow-up calls while identifying key referral groups.
Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or the Village Manager.
Support the development of marketing strategies and build a high profile within the local community.
Handle administrative duties, including budgetary controls and preparation of sales management reports.
Note: A DBS check is required for this role due to working around vulnerable people, with the £40 cost fully covered by Bupa.
