Are you an experienced, ambitious Registered Nurse looking for a high-impact regional leadership role? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support, and continuously improve clinical governance and quality of care across nine care homes in the region.
In this vital role, you will analyze KPIs, implement improvement strategies, mentor clinical teams, and ensure every location performs to the absolute highest clinical standards.
Pay Rate: £54,000.00 per annum (Permanent)
Hours: 40.00 hours per week

Requirements: Regular regional travel required; current NMC registration and driving license

Lead and improve clinical governance and quality of care across designated regional care homes.
Review monthly clinical databases and KPIs to analyze results and formulate practical action plans.
Collaborate closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior home staff to address issues and elevate standards.
Organize targeted clinical training, assist in recruiting key senior clinical staff, and lead clinical investigations.
Drive continual improvement to ensure all regulatory requirements are consistently met and exceeded.
Current NMC Registration (RGN) with evidence of continued professional development.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of current regulatory requirements and care home operations.
Proven experience as a confident clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified and experienced nurses alike.
A sharp analytical mind, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of delivering on action plans.
A willingness and flexibility for regular regional travel.
