About the Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will help create a stimulating environment that brings our ethos of celebrating life to life. Key responsibilities include:
Tailored Programs: Getting to know residents and their families to devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities suited to every interest and ability.
Wellbeing & Engagement: Designing events and initiatives focused on maximising residents' physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.
Community Connection: Inspiring residents and staff to participate in engaging activities both within the care home and out in the local community.
About You
We are looking for an outgoing and driven individual who meets the following criteria:
Personality: Warm, empathetic, personable, and bursting with infectious enthusiasm.
Skills: Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a creative approach to planning and delivery.
Experience: Similar experience in care, leisure, or community coordination is ideal, though full training and development will be provided.
