We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst with a strong commercial background supporting legal sector clients to join a major transformation programme centred around a leading PaaS legal case management platform.
(Please note: Direct legal sector experience is strictly required for this role.) Whilst this is a largely manual testing role, there will be future scope to contribute to automation initiatives.

Test multiple related user stories together to validate end-to-end business processes.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release quality.
Contribute to establishing robust testing foundations for future automation efforts.
Essential: Proven commercial QA experience within the legal sector.
Strong understanding of legal case management or workflow-driven business systems.
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and related tooling.
Proven track record in QA, UAT coordination, and business acceptance testing methodologies.
Ability to work autonomously and manage testing activities with minimal supervision.
Experience using the BrowserStack Test Management suite or comparable test case management tools.
Bonus Points: Experience working with Clio, Sharedo, or exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.
