Location: Hillcroft House Care Home, Stowmarket
Hours: 20 hours per week (4 days per week, 5-hour shifts, including alternate weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £12.90 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join the warm, family-oriented team at Hillcroft House Care Home in Stowmarket, which specializes in residential and dementia care.

What You Will Do
Design and distribute newsletters to residents and their families, keeping everyone updated on the events and activities happening in the home.
Implement a dynamic monthly calendar filled with engaging activities, such as arts and crafts, themed days and nights, outside entertainment, interactive games, and local excursions.
Collaborate closely with the care team to support residents' social enhancement, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Promote the home and its vibrant community events across social media channels to encourage local interaction and involvement.
