About the Role

As an Aldi Store Cleaner, you are key to keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for every customer. Your duties cover everything from clearing litter around the premises to cleaning windows and ensuring trolleys are tidy and ready to go. You’ll be an essential part of a proud team that maintains Aldi’s high standards every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable, safe, and spotless.

• Floor & Aisle Safety: Keep aisles clear and free of hazards for an easy shopping experience.

• Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable manner when interacting with shoppers on the store floor.

• Trolley & Exterior Maintenance: Ensure shopping trolleys and surrounding exterior areas are tidy and clean.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Positive Mindset: A great attitude is essential—prior cleaning experience is a bonus, but not required!

• Organized & Reliable: Highly organized, reliable, and capable of following a comprehensive cleaning schedule efficiently.
