Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help foster an environment where commercial success, operational safety, and exceptional customer service are at the forefront of daily operations.
What You Will Do
Leadership & Cover: Support the Store Manager in inspiring the team to excel, stepping up to take full responsibility for store operations when required.
Hands-On Management: Lead by example with a hands-on approach across all commercial, operational, and stock-processing activities.
Target Achievement: Drive performance metrics, ensure accurate stock management, and maintain a safe, highly efficient store environment.
Team Development: Coach, motivate, and develop team members while effectively managing communication and people issues.
