Location: Weymouth Magistrate Court, The Law Courts, Westway Road, Weymouth, DT4 8BS
Hours: 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 18:00)
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour
Are you an experienced cleaner looking to step into a leadership role with a supportive employer? We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor to lead the team at the HMCTS site in Weymouth.
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are here to walk with you through every part of the recruitment process—helping you navigate vetting requirements like BPSS and DBS clearances, preparing you for success, and ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
What You Will Do
Lead and motivate the cleaning team to keep the site pristine and meet strict contract standards.
Manage daily tasks, coordinate stock ordering, deliver team talks, and arrange cover for absences.
Lead by example to foster a positive, supportive, and professional work environment.
Important Note on Vetting: This position requires passing BPSS level vetting (Baseline Personnel Security Standard), which includes ID verification, a 3-year employment history check, right to work status, an unspent criminal record check, and disclosure of any significant periods abroad (6+ months) in the past 3 years.

What We Are Looking For
Previous experience as a Cleaner with at least 1 year in a customer-focused environment.
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Ideally BICS trained (or similar).
A current DBS certificate (ideally no older than 12 months) and the ability to successfully acquire BPSS vetting.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
